Thanksgiving and cape cod!!

Viele neue sachen sind passiert und ich habe festgestellt das wir deutschen ganz schön dumm sind, weil wir kein thanksgiving feiern! wie auch immer. ich bin jedenfalls am dienstag nach der schule mit zu michaels haus gegeangen um da das thanksgiving Wochenende zu verbringen weil meine Gastfamilie nach pensylvenia gefahren ist um da deren opa zu besuchen. Also hab ich am dienstag nachmittag einfach mal den ganzen nachmittg mit michael vor der x-box gesessen und fifa 13 gezockt :D is übrigens nen hamma game. am mittwoch hatten wir halfday, was bedeutet: schule vorbei um 10.50 uhr (yesssss!!!)! Wo wir dann den ganzen tag so viel zeit hab ich mir nen neuen haarschnitt besorgt, bin mit michael bmx im (eigenen) wald gefahren mit bmx strecke unso, und bin abends zu sogenannten bonfire (freudenfeuer :) ) gegangen. Da haben wir einfach nur mit nen paar leuten rumgehangen an nem ca. 20 m hohen feuer und gechillt gequatsch und music gehört :D als wir dann wieder zu hause waren haben ich und michael uns noch sonen komischen film angeguckt bei dem wir aber irgendwie richtig lachflash bekommen haben. Am s´donnerstag war dann thanksgiving. Ich hab den ganzen tag  niichts gegessen weil ich mir meinen bauch beim essen dann so richtg vollschlagen wollte, was ich auch gemacht hab :D es gab um die 100 (übertrieben!!!) verschiedene sachen und der tisch war richtig feierlich gedeckt unso! Aber nach dem essen war ich platt. Ich hatte mir um die 4 telller reingehauen plus salat vorher und kuchen danach. Ich konnte nur noch in den keller laufen und mich zsm mit michael, der auch so viel gegessen hatte aufs sofa chillen um fifa zu zocken. das war alles was wir an dem tag noch gemacht haben!!! achja und für thanksgiving war die ganze fam unso da. Am nächsten morgen haben wir dann schnell gepackt und ham uns auf den weg nach cape cod gemacht (guckt auf der karte unten wo das liegt.) das waren so umdie 2 stunden autofahrt und als wir dann endlich da waren war ich ziemlich beeindruckt :D es is einfach nur richtig schön da. Wir sind da geblieben einen tag. Wir waren am strand ich hab hummer gegessen und bin mit michael biking gewesen! Es war zwar kalt aber richtig sonnig und einfach nur geilomatico! jaaaa... und dann sind wir wieder zurückgefahren, nachdem ich das so ziemlich beste sandwich meines lebens gehabt habe :D omg so goooood! jap und das wars auch schon wieder. Achja und morgen feiern wir michaels geburtstag mit ca 15 freunden hier. wird ne coole partyyy :D

Heyy!
I have such a nice time here and everything is going perfect! I´m writing this in English, cuz I just got so used to it that it is much more easy to write :D And for all the english people. Last Thursday I was on a "Macklemore&Ryan Lewis" concert. It was just fuc**ng awesome. I loved it. At the beginning we had a pretty baf place to stand, but we just thought that cuz at the end it was really really good. For those of you who don´t know who Macklemore is, just type it in at youtube and you´ll know him :D This concert went on til like 11:30 pm and we were home at like 12:30. so i was really tired at the next morning in school :D
Last friday the AFS weekend started what is the best part of the year from the AFS group :D On friday the AFS students from the Boston area came into our school and joined the classes. In the last period we had a thing called pep really, where all of the AFS students had to introduce themselfes and say something :D I was really awkward ... I think :D At the evening there was the AFS gala where a bunch of people did some talents and stuff, but it was more people on stage than audience, haha :D After that we went to two houses of people from the AFS club and we partyed a little bit :D and we had a lot of fun an food ;) on saturday morning we met at 10 pm at the woodland T station to take the train into Boston. It was a really fun day there. I walked around with Magnus, Rebecca and Simone. We went to a restaurant, where the people get payd to insult you while they´re giving you food :D Its so funny, cuz they are giving you hats where is something written on and it mostly is insulting you :D On that evening back in Dover we had a lot of fun in playing soccer in a indoor soccer field and we also had music and food and fun there :D haha . After that we went to a house where some of us just had another party and danced. Then, today there was the afs breakfast where we just ate, did a couple of photos and said goodbye to each other. Im so tired right now and I need to keep up a lot of sleep.

Schnee!

Wir hatten schnee! Gestern in der schule fings plötzlich an zu schnein und alle haben sich gefreut. Aber es is jz halt so arschkalt und so :/ es waren ungefähr 2 fuß schnee, was würde ich sagen so um die 30 cm sind. Aber das schmiltzt leider alles grade wieder!! Macht aber nichts, weil ich hatte 2 hammageile schneeballschlachten :D Ich hoffe dass bald noch mal wieder mehr schnee fällt! Ja und sonst ist eigentlich alles supi dupi. Ich kann auf jeden fall bis januar bei meiner neuen gastfamilie bleiben und heute oder morgen entscheiden meine gasteltern den rest. So EXCITED :D !! See you guys around ;)

I have not written anything for so long and that is the reason why I can report now soo much important. Ok, let's start with the most important. It sounds more dramatic than it is, but I had to change host families! My old host family was because of family problems, unfortunately, no longer able to be me and Magnus in the house have. now I live at the Martin's in Sherborn, which is the next town from dover. Don´t worry, I did not have to change schools or something like that, I just have a new family. But honestly, everything is even better now than before because I now a friend- brother who has also previously played soccer with me and with whom I really do have much fun and we have a lot of fun together (Love you William). I also have a father and a host mother, Karen and Chris, both of them are really nice. Also a little host sister, Eva. Now is simply much more life throughout. Penny is there too, our 12 year old really nice and sweet dog: D
Ok, lets get to the next point, which makes my American friends happy and my German friends not so ´much. I decided to stay for the whole year instead of staying only for the half year here. Everything here is really good and all of the people are really nice to me. I have so many great friends found and I want to keep on partying with you til June! :D I'm looking forward to the half year, I now have more here, but also to the moment, that to arrive at home. That was one of the most serious decisions that I ever had to make, but I think I made the right decision.
Ok, now I come to Hurricane Sandy. That was the only hurrican I've ever seen and that was pretty impressive and scary and violent. Here it wasn´t as bad as in  New York or New Jersey, but we have still felt pretty much. At a neighbours house , several trees fell directly on the house and it is gonna take quite long  to rebuild! We were  3 1/2 days without electricity or running water, which can be sooo boring! But it was also kind of funny, to watch all of this. Luckily none of my friends has been injured or something!
The good thing was that we were without power, unfortunately, unfortunately also have no school, so we were free from Monday to Wednesday last week. Sandy is probably back next Thursday with 1 1/2 feet snow. So: Winter in 2 days! Ok that was a lot of information. Keep following me, C U, Simon!

Viele Veränderungen!

Ich habe so lange nichts mehr geschrieben und das is der Grund warum es jetzt soo viel wichtiges zu berichten gibt. Ok, fangen wir mit dem wichtigsten an. Es hört sich dramatischer an als es ist, aber ich musste Gastfamilien wechseln! Meine alte Gastfamilie war aufgrund familiärer probleme leider nicht länger im Stande mich und Magnus im haus zu haben. Jz wohne ich bei den Martin´s in Sherborn, was die nächsgelegene Stadt ist. Keine Angst, ich musste nicht die Schule wechseln oder ähnliches, ich habe nur eine neue Familie. Aber ehrlichgesagt ist alles sogar besser now also vorher, weil ich hab jz nen gleichaltrigen "bruder" der mit mir auch vorher soccer gespielt hat und mit dem ich mich echt hammer verstehe und wir viel spaß zusammen haben (Love you William). Auch habe ich einen gastvater und eine Gastmutter, Karen und Chris, die beide richtig nett sind. Auch noch ne kleine Gastschwester, Eva. Jetzt ist einfach viel mehhr Leben im ganzen Haus. Achja, Penny ist auch noch da, unser 13 jahre alter richtig netter und süßer hund :D
Ok kommen wir zum nächsten Punkt, der meine amerikanischen Freunde glücklich macht und meine deutschen nicht so wirklich. Ich habe mich entschieden für das ganze jahr, anstatt nur für das halbe hier zu bleiben. Mir gehts hier einfach richtig gut und alle leute sind hamma nett. Ich hab hier so viele hamma tolle freunde gefunden und ich will noch bis juni weiter party mit euch machen! :D Ich freue mich riesig auf das halbe jahr, das ich jetzt mehr hier habe, aber auch auf den moment, wiedder zu hause anzukommen. Das war eine der schweersten entscheidungen, die ich jemals treffen musste, aber ich glaube ich habe mich richtig entschieden.
Ok, jz kommen wir zu Hurricane Sandy. Das war der erst hurrican den ich jemals erlebt hab und das war ganz schön beindruckend und erschreckend und heftig und vieles mehr :D Der hat hier zwar nicht ganz so schlimm gewütet wie in New York oder New Jersey, aber wir haben es trotzdem ganz schön gespürt. Bei einem nachbar sind mehrere bäume direkt aufs haus gefallen und das wird ihn ganz schön lange bracuhen das wieder aufzubauen!! Wir waren ganze 3 1/2 tage ohne strom und fließendes wasser, was ganz schön nervig sein kann! Aber es war auch irgendwie witzig, dass alles mit anzugucken. Zum glück ist keiner meiner freunde verletzt worden oder so! Ach ja, das gute war, das wir ohne strom leider leider auch keine schule haben konnten, also hatten wir von montag bis mittwoch letzte woche frei. Sandy kommt wahrscheinlich am nächsten donnerstag mit 1 1/2 feet schnee zurück. Also: Wintereinbruch in 2 tagen! Ok das waren viele Informationen. Bleibt dran, bis bald, Simon!
